@Amberlarry22- As a novice I will put my two cents in. The area in concern could only happen if debris was stuck on the die. In this case it looks to have some raised areas around it and that would not happen if debris was there and seeing other PMD in line with that area you have to conclude it to be PMD. This is just my opinion and always looking to be educated in this hobby.

Don't fret. The next Lincoln you find, you'll most likely see Skeletor again. The design succumbs way too easily to circulation and even without a gouge, his face gets worn down to look like a zombie. None of these will be errors, but they are fun to look at when you come across them. The buildings in the back make it look post apocalyptic too.
