GTG my first NGC Morgan

    I don't like NGC holders normally but this coin just called to me. I thought it was a newer holder because I know nothing about NGC holders but turns out it's a NGC 4 from 1990.

    Looks a lot like my NGC 1879 S MS64 PL. I think yours is the same.

    MS 63
    ...it could be the photo, but it looks like the obverse isn't strong enough for PL (even by the old standards).... the reverse does appear PL

    So there was only one right guess! @ddddd MS 63
    I think it's much better than that but that's fine. I paid $45 for it so I'm very happy.

    Your initial photos made it look PL, but the slab shot reveal shows that it is not PL. I agree with the 63 grade, although I'm late to the party.

    I think it's either just barely PL or just barely off.
