I was not able to log in to CT yesterday and earlier today on two different browsers. But I had also installed an ap for Apple cloud to PC, so cannot be sure I didn't create a problem for myself.

Did anyone else have trouble logging into CT earlier today?

    Apparently it's okay now?

Same here! I too thought it was a problem on my own side with browser, phone, computer. Https Privacy date/time mix up on the certificate it kept saying.

I think most of us if not all of us had the same problem. It happened right around the same time a year ago. They forgot to renew some security certificate, and as a result the Google firewall identify the website as a security risk and will not let anyone log in.
I know it's annoying, but it's a way to keep scammers from setting shop in websites that have been discontinued and preying on unsuspecting people.

Wasn't that long ago that no one even knew what the internet was. When I was in the same grade as my son is today, this is how much people knew about the internet. Here's a trip back 25 years in time.

Security certificates are becoming a way of life on the Internet - those little black locks (indicating secure page) or “not secure” notice in the search box window for loaded web pages too. It used to be only commercial pages that were used for ordering things and those containing personal data had that requirement - now it applies to all web pages. I believe Google is now beginning to exclude pages from their search engine that are not secure.

Here are two excellent reference pages:

Yeah I had the same issue but that's all in the past now.

Yeah, in the morning I was posting here then just hours later Chrome warns me of possible "attackers" which was worrying. Definitely wasn't my computer. ;)
