A wheat penny missing last two numbers of it's year

Hello there :hail: I'm new to this I'm looking for someone who could tell me about this penny.
On the front right it has the year 19?? And slightly thin around the rim by the date.
On the back side on the right the leaf is missing.

lol at first glance it looked like a 3
It looks a bit too clean to have been rubbed or filed off so there goes my guess of PMD
could be a filled die error

 

where part of the date is missing, it looks like a check mark..I would imagine someone tried to get rid of the number to possible make an "error", I think it's PMD however it could have been caused
after the fact.
On the reverse it's either a possible grease filled die or another PMD where someone took a sharp blade to the stalk. The area where the wheat stalk is normally located
it looks angled (could be due to the the way the picture was taking etc. to many variables) not flat so I am leaning towards PMD as well.

Hi, I have a 1940 something wheat penny missing the last digit in the date, it looks very original, I don't think it was tampered with, is this more common than I thoght? I'm new at collecting so any input would be great, thanks

I have a penny with only the 19 but it not a wheat back

 

I have a 19?? Lincoln penny also it's missing LIB for liberty so you can only see ERTY. Also on the back the o looks like a U and the N is missing. Please let me know If anyone has any information on something like this! I would really appreciate it!
