Any none insulting information is very much APPRECIATED.. this time you cannot anyway ha ha i like this stuff here you folks are great ....you make sure i find the right ones Thank You
Not common but not rare and likely struck through grease or other debris like compacted dust/ grease, etc.
Thank You not common is rare strange play on words here.not common; unusual; rare: an uncommon word. unusual in amount or degree
I mean it happens a lot but unless you are a serious searcher it is uncommon to casually come upon these. Therefore they are not worth a lot because they are common occurences. When a casual searcher comes upon one it seems to be rare having not seen many.
Not common in this sense means, it's likely not worth that much. If I had it, I would spend it, but if you like it then keep it or spend your money on feebay and list it! Good luck!
THANK YOU i will stop using rare in my title just cause it is rare to me and i do not see many online or off. i was using the word rare just because someone barked at me here so i was rattling their cage. please excuse my tom foolery life is to serious to be uptight in a chat room.,.Thank You once again for your information
Struck through grease is my guess. Like stated above this happens more than you would think. In fact I believe this is the second one of these I have seen this week. Throw it in a 2x2 as an example of "Struck Through Grease".
"rattling their cage"? by using the word "rare"? I skim through posts here looking for coins and to learn. I like seeing coins of various degrees of "everything" even PMD. Its a great way to learn about what you yourself run across. Unfortunately, some of your posts end up being lost to me in the fog of ...well.....garbage. Im not talking about the coins but rather the distracting banter about the most non coin related stuff. the occasional joke and all that is great but some of these things have gone on for 2-3 pages or more. I will not reply to any comment on this, just saying it takes away from any learning experience I can get from reading about what the experienced peeps say about a coin. Sometimes their comments seem brutal but give them some slack...look at the crap that gets posted here sometimes. Im guilty! I posted alot of crap before I learned....and I still post crap! But if they dont SPEAK UP about it, I will be sitting in a pile of value-less PMD patting myself on the back for finding a listed variety in every penny that hits my car ashtray. I think your coins are cool but do us newbies a favor and cut back a little on the "cage rattling". PEACE! By the way, Paddy is a great guy and knows his shyt.
The only concern I have about his use with the word "rare" in his titles is the confusion he can cause new collectors when they see these threads. It will and can create confusion. But the OP just wants to play games and create a mess instead of being more sensible. Thanks for your acknowledgment by the way!
Not struck through grease. the planchet has strong striations/roller lines which were not wiped out during a weaker strike. Can't tell if the weak strike is due to a low pressure strike or if it is on a rolled thin planchet. What is the weight?
)Hi wow I have nothing against paddy or anyone here you all helped me learn what i didn't know in years in matter of days, its has only been great knowledge here...Thank You Paddy and Everyone.
