A question for anyone who knows a little better about the Canadian coinage than myself. Came across this 1922 pre beaver Canadian nickel, a first for me. One of the first things I read while researching the coin was a brief reference to the near/far varieties involving the S in Cents and it's distance from the rim. I am confident to say this is a near S but always like confirmation and correction if in wrong. Also wonder if the two varieties which would be the more common or the one with a higher mintage if there is even a significant difference . Thanks everyone, any helpful information is always greatly appreciated! IMG_20190908_105748.jpg IMG_20190908_111101.jpg IMG_20190908_110015.jpg IMG_20190908_110330.jpg

I think it's near. The far S is worth way more money in high grades. With a mintage of 4,763,186.
