    Antennas do not work on tvs since the signal was changed. You can't find a store in my area that sells or a business that services antennas. We have one but it picks up nothing because the signal to antennas was stopped years ago.

    You need an HDTV antenna (and a converter box if you still have an ancient CRT TV).

    Start here: https://www.AntennaWeb.org/ it will tell you the type of antenna you need, the compass direction to point it and the channels you can receive.

    I had also never seen a single TV ad for the "Golden Dollar." I don't think I have ever seen an ad for the US Mint either, but I also haven't really watched much TV for decades, so perhaps that's not too surprising. Interesting ads, though. They certainly didn't work.
