    Looks like this thread has lost steam. How about something different. Coins from countries with
    J Q X or Z in their names. I'll start out with Qatar.

    Tin Farthing - GB 1684 Charles II. These things are incredibly hard to come by as Tin deteriorates in cold weather or the wrong soil conditions. Surprisingly the best examples are now found under water and mud in the Thames estuary.
    The copper plug in the core was a means of reducing the deterioration.

    That's interesting! The tin coin I posted was also found under the water and mud of the Musi River. SE Asian kingdoms made a lot of base coinage from tin and it was all pretty rare until the last decade or so when they've began to pull the coins out of the river. They've recovered tens or maybe even hundreds of thousands of coins.
