Need help with this one. IM PUZZLED!!

I have this 200 something lincoln cent that is an odd one. First the size and of course the weight are way off then the parts of a normal cent that are raised are actually recessed in this one and vice versa where it should be recessed that part is raised. Im pretty sure its AMD but could use some insight.
