hahah this is so hilarious that the poor seller was pleading for people to understand what was going on till i helped him out i wonder where the error actually is ont he coins or on the slab or better still who made the bigger mistake NGC or the mint ? this has got be worth a few laughs
NGC makes mistakes, just like all companies - and people for that matter. I bet they stand behind their services, unlike some companies - and people. These coins should be sent back and properly holdered with NGC bearing all costs, including shipping. I personally have never one time had any problem with them. It will be interesting to see how they handle this.
yea and the grades are switched too. its the height of carelessness it the same way fake pagodas get in their slabs unfortunately those cost a lot
Perhaps a better attitude on your part would get them to pay your shipping there? They've reimbursed me on shipping to and from them on a couple of occasions. And this mistake isn't only limited to NGC. I've seen all the 4 major TPG slabs with this same error and I've had it personally happen to me with coins sent to PCGS and ICG.
i am positive i dont know how people can make out someones attitude over a forum post and i dont think NGC owes me shipping both ways they just owe me the correction free of cost to ask them for free shipping both ways is asking them for a favor
BTW just between you and me I really dont smile at the birdies if you get my drift i dont swing that way
I dont know what better attitude you speak of unless you mean asking someone for a favor from a TPG is a sign of better attitude for you. Nowhere did i say that this mistake is limited to NGC sure mistakes can be made by any TPG but in my book this is pure carelessness.
a man afte rmy own heart. how much do you think they will bring maybe i can auction them on heritage i wonder what the troll has to say i am thinking i can finance my libby witht his one
also if you send them for consignment and want the mech errors corrected we can piggyback them in another shipment to NGC and get them fixed at no cost.
will it pay for my ms 65 libby? otheriwse i might as well keep them? and just buythe libby w ehave to make sure thsi time around i come back with some coins the may sale is really important
