Come on Jack...post a link to this Seller's Auction!! We all want to know who the "Cleaner Lincoln Dealer" is! I recognize the dirty cloth background from some of his' other auctions but can't recall who. Frank EDIT: Thanks RLM!
The 1923-S is simply harshly cleaned and easy to spot. There is a lot of copper that has been worked on that is very difficult to detect.
-------------------> Found in change last week from resturant in Scottsdale: Beautiful 24D btw. I like the buy (of course its not my money....)
Maan, how come it's normally the coins that are messed with that get the good money, but the original coins go for much less? Ignorance is bliss, till knowledge is gained I guess. Phoenix
Woah that 1924-D is a nice find just to be in some change. I think i might go get $20 worth of pennies at the bank up the road and see what i can find
Time to get out the bucket of tarnex and the dremel, I need money for LongBeach, I have rolls of potential Gem BU key dates
