With the release of another W minted quarter coming this monday, when is the best time to start searching rolls? Will they be released early, will banks have new rolls on monday? Or is it anyone's guess?
    Thanks in advance

The newest round of ATB quarters, San Antonio Mission, comes out on sale from the Mint on Monday the 26th. Just the P D & S rolls and bags. The Ws will get mixed into the big bags going to Brinks or Loomis.

As was posted on another thread here, some guy in TX already found a few that slipped into some rolls.

Nahh furryfrog02, I saw that guys pictures, he was going through an entire BU Box of 2019 Texas quarters. They released early in his area and he got lucky on a box of them. The armored carrier shouldn't' have delivered from those them yet is all it was.

Gotcha. As long as I can get the 4 I need for myself and kids, he can have as many as he wants lol.

I think he pulled 9 out of that box total if it helps. 9 out of 50 rolls.

Interesting though. I don't know if PCGS gave him the bounty prize or doubled it and will give a first find prize to someone else. His coins he sent in were slabbed as 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 "accidental early release". And not first find.

I guess PCGS is looking to stop the coins turning up and into them before the release date in case there's some underground connections making it happen.

How does one get an underground connection is it difficult? I would like to get one of these quarters for 25 cents.

Go to your local bank, buy a box of new quarters and look for them.

Look out at Vystar, I just went to this local Vystar and they said that , because I don't have a business account that they HAVE to charge me $.05 a roll for Quarters. I was shocked and didn't put up a fight, but I am going to see how hard I can screw with them for taking advantage of me. They are actually my dump bank, because they have a free coin machine. Today I'm going to try to buy a $25 box of pennies. Like I did with no problems a month ago. What are will they charge me? The other branches don't charge me and offer coins to me when I walk in. I got 15 Ike dollars from them this week. Happy hunting!!!!

They charge you because they don't want you taking all their rolls.

I'm afraid this is becoming the norm for banks. It's a way to suck a little more out of your pocket. Open up an account and use it just enough to keep it active without paying any fees.

The newest bank I've been getting boxes from asked me last week if I just wanted to make the order i've been doing with them for the last few weeks an indefinite order. They will just continue to order for me every week. I've always had to ask/beg/plead for banks to order boxes and these guys went out of their way to ask me if I wanted to keep it going. They are getting treats this weekend for sure.

Definitely, but I hear this more and more about banks charging a fee for rolls with no account. We live fairly close, about an hour apart, so I think we're living in the right area as far as banks go.

The teller told me that is was Vystar's policy to charge me this outrageous price. I just called corporateVystar and they said it wasn't and that each branch can independently handle there coinage and charge if they have some shortage. Then I told the lady how much and she was very quick to say that that is not there policy. Now I feel slightly victimized, because I said I would be happy to order boxes a head of time and she stuck with her $.05. I have to go out and get hurricane supplies, so I will go there today and see what they will do for me. I get them free at bank of America, the Vystar ones seem better.

My bank did the same thing to me when I started roll hunting again in april ordered the first one and then asked me to just let them know when I wanted to stop it a couple weeks in advance of the end. In June they asked if I'd want to up it to two boxes of quarters.

I've got different branches for pennies and nickels but I stopped those to focus on quarters. My main reasoning is to not have any one branch working too hard for me getting coins and getting angry over it. So far all has been great and no complaints. Only don't become a burden on the branch.

I know a YouTuber that roll hunts half dollars but he's gotten into the habit of ordering bigger and bigger. He ordered 38 boxes of half's and guess what, they cut him off.
So now he went and ordered 40 boxes of quarters from other branches and I'm gonna bet they cut him off also at some point. They have limits and if you push your luck you become a problem customer. Best to leave it up to them on what they are comfortable doing for you, and find more locations to get from rather than put it all on one or a couple banks that will grow tired of it.
