I am including two images of a 1992 penny that was double struck. Is it a Double Die or a Double Strike?
Looking at the date I can see that it looks like DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling. Not caused by a Doubled Die or Double Strike.
They didn't register with your initial post. FWIW, I don't see any doubling or evidence of a double strike. Chris
I don't see a problem with the size of the images, only the pixels of which they are comprised are huge and result in having to allow my imagination fill in the voids. I wouldn't stake anything on those pix.
Welcome to the forums OP . Here a good tool for your coin tool box, it's three variety sites . http://www.doubleddie.com/228401.html http://varietyvista.com/ http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/date.php
Then you need to re-learn what a true Doubled Die looks like.. Because you are wrong Ever heard of a worn die strike?
NAV or No Added Value Doubling caused by worn dies and being struck on a zinc planchet, then coated with a very thin coat of copper.
