This is a raw coin I grade Au. Wine the 80 s is one of my favorite Morgans I thought it would be different to own one that is hammered but not mint state. In hand she's a lot brighter my image has washed out the true color.

Here’s the thing, everyone here always talks about buy the coin not the holder. I submit to you that the 50-D Jefferson is high end MS66 or low end MS67 and if it gets in an MS67 holder, your guess would probably be the closest to the actual value.

 

@Paddy54 When did you buy it, Paddy? If recently, I go $78, if over a decade ago, I go 28$

It's a very perty nickel.
But even if that is the case it is still too far a stretch if you are buying from photos. I did see a 66 but it will depend in how deep the luster is.
