As seller/buyer on ebay with 2 accounts, both having 100% & 5 star feedback rating , ebay has now asked for my opinion on new changes,to take effect May 1st. WOW, are they really asking if they screwed up? AS a seller, I've had a lot of trouble with dead beat payers/slackers and if they say the checks in the mail, then your hands are tied. GET ready to be blown off by buyers that have no intention to pay, GET ready for NEG feedback you don't deserve. Bad timing for all the fee increase and goofed up rules, with the economy taking a dip, ebay will also feel the effects, even more so now that new rules are in effect.... I have never had much luck getting fair market value for high grade coins, some buyers are newbie collectors with no clue as to coin grading/value. I sell vintage collectables with good results! I like ebay, but there stock will fall, and some-one is gonna feel the heat. p.s. I have never left NEG feedback , have always bent over backwards to please the buyer. NO pain NO gain  Ozarktravler

Best advice I can give you is to give them your honest opinion, I use to sell on ebay but gave up after too many people tried to take me for a fool, now I just buy and I dont agree with all there changes either LOL Hiding the bidders ID is stupid it encourages the use of shill bidding. Not allowing sellers to leave Neg feedback!! what is that all about, If the feedback was retalitory by either side then simply remove it. I also think that a star rating system for buyers might be appropriate. Just my Opinion folks :kewl:

Good luck leaving (& having it heard) your opinion.

Perhaps if you are too negative with them they'll just close your account!

    Feedback: 100% +

    eBay Feedback: 100% negative.

    NARU'ed!

My last eBay auction closed 31 Jan.
I was NOT going to pay the increased FVF fees.

And now, starting 1 May, sellers won't be able to leave anything but a positive feedback for buyers.
I'm looking for a bloodbath of negative f/b from buyers.

one way feedback, dead-end for sellers

amen, now I can get even with sellers I didn't really like. Ohh, its simple, I only need an email address, fake name, and purchase, after a few days I can leave a negative for ANY reason, the seller's feedback score will drop like a rock, after cost of square trade, complaints and weeks gone by the seller will figure out, one way feedback only tells half the story. The other half the story must be in form of complaint to ebay. There goes all the hard earned 100% feedback you tried so hard to keep. ozarktravler
