I've had this one for years. I recently started looking more closely at my coins for different anomalies.....

My struck through (wire I think) in OGP that I picked up for about face value.

 

Here is a Die Ajustment Strike Jefferson Nickel. I can't figure out the date. The surface has post mint scratches that hurt it's grade, but this is my first nickel mint error.

 

Rim restricted die duplication on rim at 5 to 6 o'clock on the reverse with corresponding damage at 1 o'clock on the obverse rim and across Jefferson scalp.
