Why does Lincoln's nose has an extra mark on it?...its not a scratch but looks like how it was made...

I don't see anything. The first close-up is blurry.

So I guess these two different coins look the same to you...is that what you're saying? Both Lincoln's are alike?

Sorry I am not a camera person but the second one even has a shadow under his beard...I put both coins side by side...is it just 2 different designs

The camera has nothing to do with it. A shadow means nothing. There is nothing there!

Finding minute differences in coins of the same date/mintmark should be expected, especially when they come out of circulation.

You need to learn about the minting process before you can understand how errors and varieties occur. You're putting the cart before the horse.

I've being reading and I have 20/20 vision..circulation would put scratches, scuffs, make it look filed down...different coin rollers can put circles on it..rollers can leave Mark's on it.. grease in the die makes letters look gone...Wear and tear I get it... so far I sold several coins already in person and not online and I've been right so far...for a rookie I'm doing pretty good...

Well goody goody for you! You're selling coins and you don't even know what the hell you're doing.

I'm afraid to ask what you sold and for how much.

Most of what you have shown us really has no premium at all.. Sorry.

I've only posted like 6 or 7 times...I'm off work and just looking at coins today...I went and got rolls from the bank yesterday and those are the coins I'm asking about today..I don't post everything I have...

Good for you. Keep up the hard work. All I see is a hit to the bridge of the nose on the first coin.

Other than differences attributable to the different lighting I really don't see anything.

Probably a minor plating issue. Nothing major.

So can you see his nose better now?

A bit better.. That why I said a minor plating issue.. I have seen hundreds of similar plating issues.

See how much better it is when you crop the photos and use the Full Image option
