Want to know if this dime is fake,from the naked eye it looks penny colored on bottom with smooth areas and is dime-like on top.Thanks in advance for all replies.

Looks like some issue with the Clad layer. There is an error known as a Clamshell Lamination where the Clad lifts off the copper core.. Here is an example from my collection -
