Both obverse and reverse have the same granular texture and by using loop at certain angles you catch a glimpse of something but not how Lincoln is suppose to look on coin.

Thanks for the links, ths explinations really help alot and will reference them as I drive deeper into coin closet. Sorry about my delay in responding I'm on swing shift and they so pay me to do some work..lol You all are great for sharing knowledge and links to guide extreme novice collectors such as myself.
