Line through my 20 dollar bill

So I have this $20 bill and I noticed to the left of Jackson's face there's a little L definitely printed its not ink drawn on by somebody trying to figure out what it is?

Most likely part of a tellers stamp that didn't make it onto the strap.

 

So Jess,
Your note was most probably under a bank deposit ticket that was teller stamped catching the left side of the rubber stamp thru the face.

 

What's that?
