  1. Hello,
I would like to get your opinion on the doubling on the 1992 and D also the inner "E", outer "R" and C and A in AMERICA and the first S in states. Thank you

Classic case of DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling
This issue is common on copper plated zinc cents.

Considered worthless doubling. Not a Doubled Die.

    What's it worth? 1 Cent

If you look closely you can see slivers of silver looking material not only around the mint mark D but also around the right edge off the memorial building. This is also classic "split plating" where the super thin copper plating stretches then splits during minting and exposes the zinc Underneath. These will be areas of future zinc rot and other plating issues in and around the coin.
