What you guys think about coin community forum? Are you guys in more than one forum or you just before this one? Hope this question doesn't offend anybody
What? There's another coin forum? I didn't know that. I thought this was the only one in the world! Nobody else can be better than us! I will never join any other coin forum!
You should learn how to edit your threads. On every post you create you will see a small Edit function. Hit that, edit then save. You can edit your title also. Look for Thread Tools then edit title.
The other forums are inferior (imho) but nothing wrong with belonging to multiple sources for coin enthusiasts. Welcome aboard.
There was a time long ago when I was active in amateur pool leagues. I played in the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) system, the Valley National Eight Ball Association (VNEA) and the American Poolplayers Associaton (APA) every week for a few years. Each league system has its own set of rules and organizational procedures. I was even a National Referee for the BCA for 10 years. It was fun, and I helped a lot of people learn more about pool and the rules of play. The problem was that each time I got out of my car to enter the particular venue for that night, I had to stop and "retrain my brain" to make sure that I was on the correct page. I can't play on a BCA night with VNEA rules or on an APA night with BCA rules or on a VNEA night with APA rules. Do you get my drift? Nah! I'll just stick with Coin Talk. Chris
There are several good coin sites out there. I hang out here most of the time. Good folks that are willing to help.
This forum is great because it's not sponsored by a grading company. That makes it possible for us to present some frank and honest opinions about grading without having to worry about getting chastised or banned because we are not carrying some grading company’s water.
I'm on here, I'm on CoinCommunity, I'm on NGC, and I was on PCGS until they kicked me out. I have been on several other now defunct forums as well. They all have their good points and bad points
Out of all the coin Forums , I found the people, and the information number 1 here. Every forum has a few that you may not agree with , but that is a deficiency being human . No matter where you go there are things to learn from everyone. this forum has lots of fun with each other , and that breaks the monotony . Go where you feel comfortable , and where you find the most help . Dillan
