Some in this thread are worth only $5-$10 if bought live from a person who has many. Most are $20-$30. One was NGC with a (high) price given. The most expensive other one is probably mine of year 16 at Antioch (a one-year mintmark and an uncommon variety) at about $100. The big year-15 Justinians might be $50 if pretty worn (and much more if very nice).

Your coin has the legend on the flan. If the wrong dies were used only for year 25, this happened more than 15 years after your coin was minted.
The ones Doug was taking about are from the facing-bust era which is later, as @catadc noted. I think yours is from a die intended for 20-nummia (like the one of @philologus_1 above).
