Is this the result of the a die clash?

Meow has CRH this 1974 d quarter with what Meow thinks is a die clash. It looks like extra feathers on left side, and few faint lines on the opposite side. Not sure if this pattern is correct for a die clash, but what else could it be? What would it be a clash of? What does the obverse look like. I see your attempt at what you see, but what does the rest of the coin look like.
    Not enough information.

Meow looked at the rest of the coin. Nothing to abnormal to show.

Thanks @Rick Stachowski It is very helpful. Hmmm, so the faint mark on right is caused by the back of Washington's head and the beginning curve of his hair bun.
The light line by tips of the arrows is the bridge of his nose.
But the two VERY feather looking devices are where his mustache would be. Nothing about that part of his face looks like 2 feather tips. And those two extra feathers are in very high relief compared to the other(For sure die clash)areas.
Is there some bizarre chance this is some sort of doubled die. As it sure looks like the tip of two feathers, and since they are so bold for a die clash.
Anyone else have a clue about that?

Thanks Rick! That is a better example than Meow's. Yours shows on both sides, and is a much more defined clash. Looks like Meow's one is different in a way that those feather like areas are doubled a lot more than your example. The one Meow has clashed more than once, and maybe had some hub rotation during? But for some reason its strong only under the side of the left wing.
No wait, after some thought, Meow will guess it is clashed from two different Obverse dies with a degree of hub rotation.

Not hub rotation, die rotation, and probably not from two different dies, most likely the same die with and without rotation between clashes.

Unless its mint state, a clash doesn't exclude other issues (PMD)

Meow was just point out how rick's quarter has one extra feather, and Meow's has two distinct feathers.

Those are some nice full size pics.
I enjoy seeing the die state, not only that but the rest of the clash. Some here think that a coin is only identified by what they see.
