Sorry for the image quality, my most available device is unfortunately my phone for the moment. I found a 1988 D penny with minimal wear, the only issue being some sort of scuffs or other unintentional wear on the United States of America stamp. Is this a rare occurrence? Is this worth anything due to its condition?
