    I'm not sure that this is "early-ish" but definitely a chi-rho

    Here's one that needs a better pic - a denarius of L. Cassius Caecianus of 102 BC,
    Cr. 321/1.

    I mostly bought it as it's from a documented hoard - the rather small Quidenham Hoard - https://www.numismaticnews.net/article/celtic-hoard-to-be-sold-june-4

    It's coin 6 from the relevant PAS record -

    It's interesting that the coins are believed to have been deposited in 60-61AD, but most of the Roman coins were Republican coins, some well over 100 years old by then.

    Looks like I took this photo' through mud - it's a Brutus denarius, ex. the late T.V. Buttrey collection.
    The reverse was soldered onto something at one time, maybe it can be saved. Cr. 508/2, 42 BC.
