Is this a re-punch mint mark and if so, although it is not in good condition is it valuable? I usually upload multiple pics, please let me know if I'm posting too many in one post.
Mint marks were not hand punched in the 90s, so it can’t be an RPM. I think it’s just circulated and had a hit or two. Maybe machine doubling. No error or variety though.
