Dose this seemed cleaned

I didn't pay yet the luster looks wrong I'm always leary of buying a coin in cardboard flips that are just written on and if it is not cleaned I'm thinking au to ms63

Looks cleaned to me- take a look at the "ONE DOLLAR" bottom inscription and the date.

Thanks I hit bid cause it was at 20 seconds then I looked.... I was like WTF this thing looks way to good to be true... Proceeded to look and it look to shiny with no luster and that was my first thought was cleaned.... I appreciate the help
