As @FoundinTN said, you have a normal quarter. Nothing special.

What is the thickness in mm to 2 decimals?

If you are measuring thickness with calipers which are not sensitive enough to register at least 2 decimals, then the thickness is probably normal due to rounding. You could show us a photo of the edge of the coin which might help us say more. It looks like a normal coin to me = cupronickel cladding bonded to a pure copper core.

    Expected thickness =
    Quarter: 1.75 mm +/- 0.102 mm

    Expected weight =

    5.670 g +/- 0.227 g

If the edge shows the cladding it is normal.
If it is a solid silver/nickel color than it was plated.
You can buy these as sets, plated in gold, silver, and platinum.
They are still only worth face value, because the company ruined all the numismatic value by plating them.

Welcome to Coin Talk. It appears to be a normal, circulated U.S. quarter. Nothing special about it.
