A scale which weighs to 2 decimals would be more helpful. This is most likely a copper cent within weight tolerance. If the color in your photo is true it may be plated or have had mercury applied
Deja view. Don't waste your money sending this coin in for grading. A one cent coin in a $30 holder. That kind of decadence made Rome fall.
If it was zinc it would have to be WAY out of tolerance. If it was plated copper it would be just slightly out of tolerance. So odds are MUCH greater that it is plated copper.
Appears to be the result of high school experiment. It looks like the copper is showing through on the rim of your last photo.
