1983 chip and crack, opinions please!

It certainly looks like it could go from edge to edge. Very cool.

I know its hard to see from the pic but it does go edge to edge. Also the line I drew in between the D and S goes from edge connecting to the trail going across Lincoln memorial.

 

The color of that big blob between the "I" & "T" looks strange. That is supposed to be a Zincoln. Have you tried removing the blob with a toothpick or acetone?

you got something going on ,on the U& N in unum too as well as the steps , could. a die have that many cracks?

 

I see 2 separate Die Cracks and incused scratches on the memorial building.

 

Under magnification you can see the 3rd die crack, if you look closely you can see it in between the D and S. This penny is pretty cool with the amount of cracks it has.
