What y’all think about Liberty looking like it’s weld or can this be caused by circulation?

    Some Hotels and bars would color their quarters , when they gave someone quarters to play a pool game , for some reason the table had ate their quarters , and never released the balls. They would get their quarters back when the pool table suppliers came to collect their money. Red seemed to be the color of choice for a lot of hotels and bars . Just another reason for colored coins . Dillan
