Dime error?

    I've seen the same thing on pennies, it's not an error , someone did that with a tool, some sort if grinder or something. I may be absolutely wrong so wait in the veterans but I'm almost certain it intentional damage.

    It's not a Mint Error.. Only intentionally damaged
    Worth 5 Cents since the back of the Dime is missing.
