I was scrolling through my Facebook feed and this 1953 D penny popped up and someone is trying to sell it for over $12, 000! She's claiming it to be an error coin cause it looks like it says "DIBERTY" claiming they messed up at the mint and put a Day instead of an L!

More like D for Damaged.. looks like a cent that would be on Etsy.com. They have a lot of garbage there.. so sad!

Offer that person $13,000.00 but say that they need to send you $100.000 first for a past due monthly fee for your Bank Vault which contains the cash :wacky:

(I Know that would be very wrong and very mean.. don't judge me)

$12,000+? Nobody is that stupid. But if she asked $120, I bet some chumps would bite.

Come on, now! Give her a break! Have you even considered that she may not be stupid but just a lying scammer looking for a stupid buyer?

That $5 Morgan is likely a C mint from the US Mint in
China. He may have bought it for $3 and will make a nice profit.

Well, this post made me laugh out loud, something that doesn't happen frequently, so there's that.
