I need help with 1986 D penny error

    Can anyone help me with this penny?

    I know it is off center, Trust is barely there, it looks like there is something maybe going on with his beard on his chin and possibly his neck looks strange, the coin itself is not flat, like its a bubble. I'm new to this so any help would be appreciated.

    Edit: thank you @2x2 $averKrazy for pointing out the OF. There might be some doubling there. Photos are hard to make a solid determination. @Rick Stachowski thoughts on this?
