1969 Dime Error Reverse Bottom

    I've lightly buffed this and it is definitely a strike through. Have you seen this? Does it have a monetary value higher than face value?

    That is damage. If it had been an actual error/significant error. You ruined most of the numismatic value by buffing it.
    That is not an accepted practice.

    Yup, cleaning, rubbing, buffing, etc... of modern coins detracts from the premium value.
