Don't know what this could be

    I need help to find out what this is. I'm having trouble finding it. It's heavy.

    The script look more like Arabic to me. The three close dots in the first photo prompts me to think so. Ottoman Empire possibility.

    Look at zeno.ru. I have tons of ancient Indian coins and that is surely one. They help me identify many such coins. They have a section called "Help in identification", scroll down to the category "Indian coinage" and submit it per their rules. (white background, side by side pix of coin in one picture, well cropped). Oh, you got to become a member to do all that, and it is free. Tons of help and info on there, well worth it!
