What's the date? Other than perhaps the 1903-O, I don't recall that any of the New Orleans dollar coins were particularly scarce, at least in lower grades.
Doesn't look like 03-O. The mint mark style was used from 79-84, then again in 88-89. Position is wrong for 88-89, when the oval O was set higher than is shown. I'll guess 82-O, just for fun.
