1969 D Lincoln Cent

    I can’t tell if the date has PMD or if there’s some kinda mint error going on with the 9. At first I assumed PMD but upon closer inspection the groove is actually attached to the 9 and looks machined not done with a soldering iron or whatever these jackasses use to deface coins usually...

    The groove is PMD. The coin took a hit and pushed the metal from right to left.
