I thought this might be the result of a minor clash,But I couldn't find an overlay. Any help is appreciated! DSC01223.JPG DSC01229.JPG DSC01234.JPG

The incused marks are hits from another reeded coin. It is damaged.

Maybe the OP is referring to what appears to be a raised bump extending from George's eye parallel to the bridge of his nose? But with the cryptic and sometimes unintelligible way some folks compose their messages, it is difficult to understand exactly what they are trying to say.

I wasn't trying to be cryptic, But yes it is in reference to the raised line parallel to the bridge of the nose. I thought it was obvious as to what the question was referring to. Since this is clearly seen in both pictures of the obverse and not a part of the coins design.

Never assume the obvious. We don't read minds and can't think of all the possibilities that one could be assuming, of which you were assuming one of many possibilities.

If it wasn't for the 2nd pictures, I was thinking you were asking about the top reverse rifle and it's odd shape that stuck out to me.

but the mark on the mouth appears damage, and incused.
The one on his nose ... "connected" to his eyelid "appears" raised. Which is weird.

You know what the say about assumption! I should've been more specific.
