Anyone had a chance to check out the new 2009 Redbook? Is it even out yet? I heard it was supposed to be released sometime this month but I've yet to see a copy for sale in any bookstore. If anybody does have it already, can you tell me what value they list for a 1914-d lincoln cent in G-4. Thanks.
I see them on Ebay already for $9.99 plus $3 shipping. JP's corner has them for $9.99 but shipping is $6. Greysheet has the 14-D in G-4 @ $175/$190 bid ask......
I saw them last night in B&N in downtown Boston. They had tons of the spiral bound copies. They didn't have the hardcover or hardcover spiral.
I pre-ordered one a few days ago off ebay. They came out on 4/08. I'm expecting it in the mail any day now.
Ordered mine from JP's corner along with a boat-load of 2"x2"'s on April 8th. Should be here any day.
Maybe I'll wait until Memorial Day and get the 2010. It should be out by then. Or maybe just wait until the Fall and get the 2011.
I'll pick one up when I run across them. Just before the 2010 Red Book comes out I'll buy a case of the 2009 when they're on sale. I've been buying cases of hardcover Red Books and give them to kids at our local coin shows.
I just got mine a couple days ago. To answer the OPs question... The 09' Red Book lists the 1914-D Lincoln in G-4 at $215.00.
I tried to place an order for the 2008 Redbook Hardcover edition and they told me it hasn't been released in hardcover yet. Has anybody been able to acquire a hardcover copy yet?
Error Red Book Speaking tongue-in-cheek, of course, I got an erro Red Book when I bought my copy last weekend - it's missing pages 17 thru 35.
