Yes. Doubled die pennies do look like damage. That is a given.
There is a split serif at the top end of the nine and thickness in the lower body of the nine.
The "issue" is that it looks there is damage to the doubled nine near the split serif and in the middle.
The R in liberty is practically text book doubled, and yes it can be mistaken for damage.

 

I'd like a clearer picture of the 9 but I'm pretty sure this damage. Edit the more I look at it I can see where the 9 took a hit and spread the copper PMD

To everyone who cries damage. I'll start posting everything in duplicate.
These two are 1945, and has very similar doubled 9's, like the 1941. Unless they both had damage that magically causes extra copper on the upper loop.
Now, I hope you people will start to understand!

It's damage. If the 9 were doubled that much the other numbers would be also.

 

You have... well, let's be polite and call it persistence.

 

I think you should submit them all for grading and authentication and if/when they fail, resubmit them to other graders. Could be a new hobby for you.
