1853 dime Error what is called

Look in between all the stamps it looks as if the obverse was stamped with reverse inverted and the same on the reverse sid

I don't see what you are seeing.
All I see is circulation damage.. 166 years worth of circulation wear.

Don't assume it is an error until you have it checked out.

 

Are the faint numbers in-between the rim and wreath common?

 

What is common is seeing things that make you think it is something when actually it is nothing.
