Well I have been trying too fill my Dansco album for Washingtons for only a few months now, and have come quite a long way, I cant help but too bring it out every day and stare at them for many minutes at a time :) here is what i have so far, note all the cameo proofs in the back of the book :) one thing that disturbs me is that there is no room for proofs/S

Yeah that ones gonna hurt! along with the D :( between the two I am looking at around $500 in au or above. but besides that there really arent any other REALLY hard dates too get, I have 10 1936-D's all in f-VF and i heard that one is one of those sorta semi's

I think for the modern part of the series the 1982s are the hard ones to have in high grades

    Jim:
There is another Dansco that includes all the proofs, not the early ones, but the later (clad & silver) ones.

I will look into that, thank you :) for now i am just filling up the back of the book with the proofs. but i definently would like too see them with their own label.

Okay i found a nice 32-S on feebay, for only $200 what do you think of the grade? is that a 45 or higher?

Personally, no I do not think that coin would go 45 or higher. While I do not know the seller from Adam I would suggest looking elsewhere. That coin, and several others that they offer just bother me. And they say they offer a return policy, but do not spell it out. I would be leary of buying.

Nice nice. I just saw a 1938 S on ebay for like 5 bucks.

That coin doesn't look right to me either, looks cleaned to my untrained eye. ;) Nice set so far! :thumb: Keep up the good work man! :thumb:

The 1982 & the 1983's are the hardest and most expensive.
No mint sets were made for those two years, and prices have gone nuts.
