CN...Fred...THANK YOU! Personally, I was driving myself nuts by looking at every coin (circulated, nonetheless) with magnification, trying to find any and all varieties & errors. Your responses have flipped that light switch for me!

I don't know what power the Grading Services use to
GRADE coins - but you don't need anything over 10x
or 15x 98.5% of the time, looking for varieties and errors.

With a microscope, or a 50 power glass, I can find all
shorts of anomalies on just about every single coin in
circulation. That's not what should be used by collectors
to find die varieties in circulation, imo.
