need some help with this one 2008 Oklahoma

another box of quarter's hunting for the 2019 W quarter and i found what looked to be a silver coin in the roll when i pick it out it's an Oklahoma 2008 P now every coin that i have seen has the pinkish red and silver mix to the edge of the coin this one is all silver
o and i did find a silver quarter 1964 in the next roll

I'm going to guess it is one of those silver plated coins that was done post mint.

 

i think you may be right i forgot all about that

 

Yapp just did a scratch test and they did the edge of the coin was all the rest of the coin looks normal
