IMO it looks like an ordinary 1991 Lincoln cent. Where do you see the error?

lol sum times I wish it was for sure but no it’s different I look at them every night like it’s carpeted or sum-thing. It’s a keeper for me.

It is just a normal worn die strike with circulation wear.

 

You need to explain what you are seeing because it’s not evident from your pictures.

 

On the OP coin I see some evidence of die deterioration, and a slight MAD.
