Can you prove tht you have never used another credit card to buy gold coins? Can you prove you have never used a check? Can you prove you have never used cash? Have you used a different card, check, or cash to buy other coins?

That doesn't impress me.

Now THERE you have something, as long as the picture is good enough to definitely identify it as being the specific coin that you now have.

Paypal records are worthless unless the pictures and description tie the auction to that specific coin with no doubt about it. You're going to have to have some key identifying mark or feature which is visible on both the coin and picture or which is mentioned in the description.

 

I know it all boils down to the the coin its self and print out what has a very clear picture of the coin and the full transaction info that is linked via the ebay item number and paypal records that include that same item number. I beleive the rest is just overkill to help make my point and case I guess.

 

But is the picture god enough to clearly identify it as being that specific coin? That is the whole key to the matter. If there can be any question at all that the two are the same coin you stand a fair chance of losing and paying your lawyer yourself.

 

It is. I used to work for reproduction company. I was working there when I printed these. All on photo paper in high quilty. The one good thing is the seller used very good pictures. As I'm almost 100% sure the seller thought this was a real coin. As I did. I mean this is perhaps one of the best counterfeit coins I have ever seen.
