1970 s Roosevelt dime DDO?

Can anyone tell if this is in fact a ddo?

Imho, it looks like 1970s ddo-002
Though I could be mistaken.

Have you cross reference with varietyvista?

I have but I can't make a decision... It sure seems like it to me.

The dime, is not #2 ...

 

You can see clearly that the date and mint mark are doubled to.
Liberty is more obvious but this zoom in, u can see it clearly.

IMO your 1970 S Roosevelt looks more like Mechanical Doubling. Doubling looks flat and shelf-like. I'm not an expert on error coins. Try @Fred Weinberg, @paddyman98, or one of the other experts on Coin Talk for their opinions.
