It was good. There were quite a few people there. I blew most of the money we went with at the ancients table...Had to get something else to lessen the pain haha.

I never find any silver in my local pick bins. I need to look at more shops.

This is actually a replica of a Continental Dollar, not a Fugio Cent.

Did your son find a hobo?

Oh yeah now coming from RI and it is sunny up here....

Nope. No hobos. He was happy with the foreign haul :)
It's grey and rainy down here. Enjoy the sun.

This describes me with any "junk bin." Why would you not go through them all? Who knows what you will find?

This is probably my favorite part about going to shows and LCS’s.

I only have one LCS near me and their foreign coins are 80 cents a piece...for crappy canadian cents and other legit junk. I've only ever pulled 2 really good things from their bin, a 1936(?) Mexican Peso and a 1797 British Cartwheel Penny (heavily worn).

The closest one to me is 20 minutes away and weirdly in Germany, the bigger the coin, the higher they price it. It’s funny and annoying sometimes. Junk bins at that store start at 0.50€ and hardly have anything of worth. Shows however, often have some silver coins at the same price. I cherry pick those any time I can. Can’t wait to be off coin probation!
